For my husband's birthday, he requested a s'mores cake. This is what I came up with.
Graham cracker cake dotted with dark chocolate chips with dark chocolate and marshmallow cream frosting between the layers. Covered in a thick layer of the remaining fluffy marshmallow frosting.
This cake was the perfect opportunity to use one of our wedding presents: a creme brulee torch. I toasted the marshmallow frosting til perfectly browned.
